Your individual prescribed protocol and frequency of use should be determined by our Obagi professional doctor, but you can typically expect visible improvements in four to six weeks.

Is it unsafe to use a product after its expiration date? Or is it just not as effective?

Using products beyond their expiration dates is not recommended by us. The stability testing conducted to establish the product's expiration date does not provide insights into the safety, effectiveness, or duration of effectiveness beyond that date.

Does Obagi work for my skin type/colour?

We have an Obagi® product for every skin type. Upon consultation this will be explored further to find the best treatment option for you.

Why don’t certain products have an expiration date? When do they expire?

Printed expiration dates are not obligatory for cosmetic products. The anticipated duration of usability for a cosmetic item ranges from 12 to 36 months, contingent upon storage conditions and usage. It is advisable to replace the product once it has been opened for a year.

Are your products vegan or gluten-free?
