What is CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting is a non-surgical body sculpting treatment that harnesses cryolipolysis technology. By freezing the fat cells in specific areas, the treatment can potentially kill up 40% of fat cells in one treatment. The body’s enzymes then naturally break down the fat cells.
Why Opt for CoolSculpting?
There are many reasons why our patients opt for CoolSculpting over surgical procedures, as it eliminates the need for anaesthetic, there is reduced downtime and no risk of scarring. The skin’s integrity remains intact, while a simple suction device is applied to the problem area.
What Areas can be Used?
CoolSculpting can be used to treat stubborn areas of fat, such as the abdomen, the flanks, the inner and outer thighs, bingo wings and bra fat. By reducing the number of fat cells within this problem area, patients will notice that weight gain is much more evenly distributed, as opposed to concentrated in problem areas.
What is the Process?
While treatment takes place, patients can catch up on work emails, watch a film or simply relax. The treatment itself is not painful, though the initial application may be briefly uncomfortable. Due to our dual sculpting devices, we are able to reduce treatment time significantly by addressing two areas within the same sitting.
How Much is CoolSculpting?
In terms of pricing, a consultation is essential to assess whether you are, firstly, a candidate for the treatment. Your assigned clinician will then discuss what areas you wish to address, determining how many cycles you will need per session of treatment. It is important to go by these guidelines in order to get the most out of your treatment.
Why the Consultation is Key
It is difficult to quote prices before the initial consultation, as it depends entirely on how many cycles are needed. The more cycles needed within one treatment, however, the less each cycle will be on an individual basis.
As well as offering different price structures for our patients, there are also finance options available at PHI Clinic. To discuss your suitability for finance, please speak with your assigned clinician upon consultation.
