Even after someone has found a way to get rid of acne, signs of it can remain on the face in the form of scars. Acne scarring can often be an unwanted reminder of a condition that many people would rather forget. HIFU, or High Intensity Focussed Ultrasound, can be used to reduce the appearance of blemishes on the face in an Ultherapy acne scarring treatment.

Ultherapy Acne Scarring Treatment
Ultherapy acne scarring treatment is one of the treatments we offer that uses ultrasound to create a ‘controlled wound’ that the body’s natural processes then rush to heal, improving collagen production in the area and reducing the appearance of imperfections like acne scarring.
We have recently been treating Bride’s Magazine covergirl, Diipa Khosla, using a combination of Ultherapy and microneedling for her acne scarring. You can find her journey on our Instagram highlights, regularly updated as she keeps us informed on her results from her Ultherapy acne scarring treatment.
Tighten and Lift
As well as addressing the appearance of scars, Ultherapy can be used to tighten and lift the skin for an improvement in skin laxity and fine lines. It does this by encouraging increased synthesis of collagen, the protein that gives skin its strength. We always require a consultation prior to any treatment going ahead, and for Ultherapy this would be with one of our aesthetic therapists or nurses.
Consultation costs £50, though this fee is redeemable against the price of any treatment you go on to have.
