We are asking all our patients – whether you are happy with your treatment, the care you received at PHI, or if you feel we can improve – to leave a review on either Google+, Trust Pilot, Facebook or Twitter. Here’s why:

When working long hours, trekking in the pouring rain and making pathetic attempts to forge something faintly resembling a social life, it is easy to overlook the small things in life; things that if absent, would make our day a whole lot worse. I’m talking about a simple “thank you” as you offer someone your seat; a smile and “good morning” from a passer-by on the street; that extra care and attention when someone is serving you in a shop.

You had me at “hello”…

At PHI Clinic, we believe in providing the best service for our patients. That does not simply include safe, innovative treatment from highly-skilled practitioners, it encompasses the whole journey.

This journey starts from the moment you dial our number. We believe in being informative and helpful, but we will never over-promise. It is important to have a desired result, sure, but we are always very honest when booking in patients about what we can achieve, and that by coming in with a self-diagnosed solution, you may well be hindering your chances of achieving your desired result.

We are here to listen if you have any concerns, issues or bugbears you wish to address. We are not judged on performance, so our calls will never be focused on sales, nor will your consultation ever be carried out by a sales representative. That’s not how we roll. We offer prospective patients the chance to ask any questions, to go away and have a think, and provide them with some questions they should ask when shopping around. Even if you don’t book in with us, we would like you to form an educated decision and source treatment from safety- and results-driven practices.

Personal and professional? Yes!

As soon as you walk through our doors, you are met and greeted by our friendly reception staff. We are far from the stuffy Harley Street stereotypes; we engage in conversation, we get you a cold drink or a nice cup of tea, and we have a chat before your appointment. Friends and relatives are welcome to stay while you are in treatment, and are just as well-looked-after as the patient.

We aim to follow up on our patients on a regular basis, ensuring they are happy with their results and that they are assisted every step of the way.

We treat every patient as an individual, taking into account their personal situations, the psychology behind their treatment, and their specific medical requirements.

Let’s not get carried away…

Now, I don’t want to blow our own trumpet too much…there are areas, I’m sure, that some patients may feel we could improve on. We invite those with suggestions to let us know your thoughts. We are a relatively new clinic, opening our doors on 6th January 2014. We are still fine-tuning and ironing out the creases, but we are continually pursuing perfection. Without your comments, it is harder for us to improve and grow. That is why we love it when our patients leave us a review.

Before & afters – why you make all the difference

We also take into consideration that some patients may be deterred from having their photos used as before and afters, and from having their name on our website next to their review. If you’ve had treatment, the likelihood is that you don’t wish to scream from the rooftops about it. We can, however, keep you anonymous, focus the picture on the treated area, blurring out the eyes and any identifiable features. The reason this is so important for you to do, is that it isn’t enough for us to say how skilled we are and how our results are natural-looking and great. No, we also need your help in order to show prospective patients what they achieve with us. We are wishing to stamp out the bad name that the cosmetics industry has been given. Think back to before you booked in your consultation with us: did you not want to see a portfolio? Did you not want to hear from a real patient’s review of their experiences? Ultimately, the most important factor in what we do here is our patients. Without you, there would be no clinic.
