Introduction to Volite

Introducing the latest addition to the Juvéderm range, Volite is an advance dermal filler made up of hyaluronic acid. Designed to treat lost volume, structure and to reduce the appearance of lines and facial wrinkles, Volite, in particular, is ideal for targeting grooves and static glabella lines. For many years, the Juvéderm range from Allergan has paved the way for facial fillers and volumisers.

No longer resorting to clunky, foreign products to enhance facial features, the Juvéderm range is made up of hyaluronic acid, a naturally-occurring molecule that already exists within our bodies. Hyaluronic acid is responsible for water retention in our skin, so, naturally, these fillers help boost the hydration in the treated area and further the rejuvenation process. With built-in lidocaine, Volite is a state-of-the-art facial filler designed with the patient, their comfort and desired result in mind.

Dermal filler frequently asked questions

On average, patients will require treatment every 12-18 months, depending on the individual. After the first few sessions of treatment, you will be able to gauge better when you need your next session. In order to assess your skin and provide the best treatment for you, you will require a consultation with one of our Aesthetic Doctors or Nurses.

The ideal candidate will have lines and wrinkles they wish to address or desire an enhanced, structured result. We advise against treatment for those who are pregnant or lactating. As the fillers are made from a natural substance, it is most likely you will be a suitable candidate for treatment.

PHI Clinic are very proud to have fine, highly-accredited injectable doctors and nurses on board: our Medical Director, Dr Tapan Patel, has a hand-selected team. Our Aesthetic Doctors regularly teach their peers their refined techniques and speak on the international stage.

Most areas can be treated with Volite, though it is specially-designed for the glabella. Your assigned doctor may suggest a combination treatment for optimum results. There are also techniques, such as The 8 Point Lift and MD Codes that might be beneficial.

There is no downtime with this treatment, per se. Patients can resume their usual activities after treatment, but we advise against over-exertion, hot baths or flying after treatment. There may be some slight swelling and pin-prick bleeding in the treated area, but this should subside after 48 hours.
