Excel V+

Introduction
The Excel V+ laser uses a high power green laser in order to target blood vessels and pigment with abnormalities. This allows the skin to return to a more natural colour and tone.
The wide range of conditions that this treatment can address includes facial redness, Rosacea, port wine stains, leg veins, keloid scars, sun damage pigmentation, and venous lakes (purple lesions on the lips).
Spider veins, age spots, and scars can all cause confidence problems or self-consciousness, and can seriously affect a person’s esteem, but are very easy to improve using laser technology.
All skin types can benefit from treatment from the Excel V+ laser (1-6) To find out if the Excel V+ is the right treatment for you, book a no obligation consultation with one of our highly trained clinicians at PHI Clinic today.

Technical Information
The Excel V+ combines two precise laser wavelengths in one device to enable treatment of a wide variety of conditions, whether superficial or deeper problems. This allows your clinician to tailor the treatment to the results you wish to achieve, as small areas can be precisely targeted and larger areas can be treated quickly. The Excel V+ has 50% more power than its predecessor, the Excel V, and new applicators that can be used to treat larger spot sizes as well as a precise ‘Dermastat’ handpiece that can be used to target small concerns across the face.
Unlike some other lasers, there is no anaesthesia required during the procedure, thanks to the automatic cooling technology, which produces continuous cooling throughout your treatment, maximising patient comfort.
