What Should I Look For?
As a general rule, the most important things to look for when searching for a cosmetic injectables provider are clinic reputation, doctor reputation, doctor skill, and products used.
Clinic Reputation
As well as finding reviews for your chosen clinic online, you can check whether they are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), an independent regulator of health care services, for clinics based in England.
Doctor Reputation
If your practitioner is a doctor, they have to be registered with the General Medical Council, which can be checked on the GMC website. Accreditations should be found on your chosen clinic’s website, must include the GMC and CQC, and can also feature the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM), Consulting Room, and for nurses, the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN).
Product Used
The product your practitioner uses is important, as is their knowledge and skill level with it. Our doctors regularly lecture on both the national and international stage, teaching other professionals the best ways to administer injectable products, and exclusively use Juvederm by Allergan.
Feel Comfortable
