Despite exercising, dieting, and losing a considerable amount of weight, many people still have some stubborn pockets of fat that they just can’t budge. This can be genetic, hormonal, or just a disproportionately placed number of fat cells in one area.
Body Contouring With Coolsculpting
CoolSculpting is the ideal solution for the more stubborn areas of adipose tissues as it uses cryolipolysis to remove fat cells from specific parts of the body. A lot of people suffer from this issue, due to the natural distribution of fat cells. The CoolSculpting treatment has various applicators so can be used on the chin, under the arms (bingo wings), flanks, stomach, and thighs.
The cells are frozen without damaging the upper layers of the dermis and the body naturally eliminates the dead cells from the body in due course. Each person we treat is unique, and the amount of cryolipolysis cycles needed depends not only on the surface area treated, but also the amount of fat within the area and the desired result.
A great benefit to this method of fat reduction is that CoolSculpting is on the lower end of the scale in terms of pain, compared with other fat reduction treatments. It is non-invasive, meaning less downtime than surgical fat reduction, and there are no scars post-treatment. We have performed this procedure hundreds of times and some of our patients have reported feeling a slight tugging sensation as the applicator is first set on the area, but this subsides shortly after the cooling process starts.
Some patients may experience a little swelling, mild bruising, redness, and sensitivity in the area, but these are superficial and temporary side-effects and are not experienced by all of our patients. During a thorough consultation with one of our aestheticians, your suitability for treatment will be assessed, and you will receive a personalised treatment plan outlining the number of cycles recommended for a visible result.
Body Contouring With truSculpt flex
An excellent treatment that works effectively in conjunction with the many other therapies is the impressive truSculpt flex machine. The innovative truSculpt flex technology works by stimulating the muscle tissues, in order to create a contraction of the isolated area, which mimics the same movement as a contraction created through voluntary strength training.
However, unlike traditional strength training, you are able to take part in these sessions if you have some weakness or restrictions in movement. You are also more likely to see an increase in muscle density and growth, at a much faster rate than you might with heavy lifting and weight training. This is because the electrical pulses created by the truSculpt hand-piece are more intense than physical exercise, causing the muscles to work harder and therefore allowing the treatment to result in rapid results.
truSculpt flex Treatment Areas
Another astonishing factor about this procedure is that the TruSculpt Flex hand-piece and applicators can fit up to eight different areas around the body. Whether you’re looking for toned arms and legs, or want to strengthen your core, it is very likely that our aestheticians will be able to help you develop your ideal muscle tone, in the places you desire it the most.
Most people will begin to see the best results after taking part in four treatments, of which are 45 minutes, each. Once you have reached the peak of your sessions, it is likely that you may only need one session every 3-6 months, in order to maintain your results. We do, however, recommend at least 48 hours between treatments so your muscles have time for rest and repair.
