Look at what tear trough filler in London costs across clinics and you will find quotes ranging from under £200 to well over £1,000 for what is described as the same treatment. It is not the same treatment, and the cheapest end of that range is where most of the problems come from.

This is the part worth being blunt about. In most purchases a lower price means a compromise you can live with. In the tear trough it usually means a compromise you can see.
The under-eye is where poorly placed filler shows most obviously: puffiness that was not there before and is often mistaken for under-eye bags, a bluish cast beneath the skin, lumps visible when you smile, or product that migrates and settles where it should not. The first is how much product your anatomy needs, which is assessed rather than assumed. The second is whether the tear trough is the only area being treated.
