What is Endolift?

The Endolift laser technology is specifically designed to tackle issues such as skin laxity and unwanted fat in localised areas that often result from the natural ageing process in the face and neck. It’s specialised laser generates heat beneath the skin, targeting the layer of cells where fibroblasts responsible for collagen production are located, ultimately tightening loose skin and reducing stubborn pockets of fat.

This highly customisable treatment can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the patient by increasing the heat generating capacity to permanently eliminate fat cells in small areas.

What results can I expect with endolift?

Results may become evident almost immediately, requiring only a single treatment. At first, there may be some initial irritation, swelling, and redness in the treated area, but these symptoms will diminish over time.

For optimal results, your clinician may suggest additional sessions or a combination treatment plan using another device. While anaesthetic is not typically necessary during the treatment, a small amount of controlled anaesthetic can be administered if needed.

Since the treatment does not involve any incisions, downtime is significantly reduced, and there is no scarring. Most patients are able to resume their normal activities within a few hours.

What can you treat with laser skin tightening?

Endolift is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses a laser fiber to treat various signs of ageing in the lower face and neck. It is primarily used to tighten and lift the skin of the cheeks, jowls, and neck, reducing the appearance of wrinkles, sagging skin, and a double chin. It can also improve the overall contour and definition of the jawline.

Endolift can also be used to treat signs of cellulite in the buttocks and thigh region, by using the laser light energy to release the skin from the underlying tissue to improve the appearance of cellulite.

Endolift is a versatile treatment that can be customised to meet the unique needs of each patient. It is suitable for individuals who want to achieve a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance without undergoing surgery or experiencing significant downtime.

How many sessions will I need, and how far apart can I have them?

Only one session is usually needed to see results with Endolift, a minimally invasive procedure that targets both the superficial and deep layers of the skin. This treatment stimulates collagen production and promotes skin restructuring, leading to firmer skin and a reduction in skin laxity. The laser energy used in Endolift penetrates the skin to target fat accumulations and excess skin, particularly in the facial contouring area.

Depending on individual needs and desired outcomes, your endolift practitioner may recommend additional sessions for optimal results. These sessions can be spaced apart to accommodate your schedule and the recovery time needed between treatments. Since Endolift stimulates collagen production, improvements in skin texture and firmness can continue for months after the initial treatment.

By targeting both superficial and deep layers of the skin, Endolift ensures comprehensive rejuvenation, resulting in improved skin quality and enhanced facial contours. Whether addressing excess fat accumulations or promoting skin tightening, Endolift offers a versatile solution for patients seeking to enhance their appearance and achieve long-lasting results.

Endolift frequently asked questions

A suitable candidate for Endolift is someone who has mild to moderate skin laxity on the face or body. This treatment is suitable for all skin types.

Areas that can be treated include the lower eyelid, mid and lower face, mandibular border (jaw), under the chin, neck, inner arm, abdomen, inner thigh, knees, and buttocks for cellulite.

Endolift utilises advanced laser technology to target both the superficial and deep layers of the skin. By directing energy into these layers, the treatment stimulates the production of additional collagen, which plays a crucial role in skin elasticity and firmness. This boost in collagen production leads to skin retraction, effectively addressing laxity and tightening the body skin. The laser energy penetrates through the layers of skin, specifically targeting the superficial skin layers where many signs of ageing and laxity occur. As a result, Endolift provides comprehensive body skin tightening with minimal downtime and no scarring.

The Endolift has minimal to no downtime, and we recommend that patients are able to return to work or normal activities just a few hours after treatment.

The results of Endolift can vary depending on individual factors such as skin condition and treatment area. However, many patients begin to notice improvements almost immediately following their treatment session. As Endolift stimulates the production of additional collagen, the skin gradually tightens over time, leading to further enhancement of body contours and reduction of cutaneous laxity. Optimal results may continue to develop in the weeks and months following treatment as collagen production continues. For some individuals, additional sessions may be recommended. Endolift offers a highly effective solution for those seeking body skin tightening with long-lasting results.

As a skin tightening treatment, endolift is minimally invasive with little to no downtime required. Patients report little to no pain throughout treatment, but in certain cases a small amount of controlled aesthetic may be provided for patient comfort.

Yes. The purpose of the incision is to promote skin tightening and firming by retracting and reducing skin laxity, as throughout treatment, the laser energy encourages collagen production. So incisions into the area of concern regarding cellulite can work to tighten the skin elasticity that forms the appearance of cellulite.
