What is Endolift?

A non-surgical alternative to a facelift, at a UK KOL-anchored clinic.

PHI Clinic is one of the UK's leading centres for Endolift treatment. The clinic's Medical Director and founder, Dr Tapan Patel, is a UK Key Opinion Leader for Endolift as announced in Aesthetics Journal, and was the non-surgical doctor on Channel 5's 10 Years Younger in 10 Days, where the programme featured Endolift's skin tightening results.

At PHI Clinic, Endolift procedures are performed by Dr Marina Daoud, a GDC-registered clinician with extensive training in the Endolift technique. Every Endolift treatment begins with a personal consultation, where Dr Marina carries out a full assessment of your concerns and develops a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Endolift is a minimally invasive laser treatment that uses a fibre optic laser, delivered through a single entry point smaller than a needle puncture, to tighten loose skin and reduce localised fat deposits in the face, neck, and body. The treatment uses the CE-marked Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 device, generating controlled heat beneath the skin to stimulate collagen production at the fibroblast level, without surgery, scarring, or significant downtime.

Most patients see visible improvement after a single session, with continued collagen remodelling for several months following treatment.

What is Endolift?

Endolift is a non-surgical skin tightening treatment that addresses one of the most challenging concerns in facial ageing: skin laxity and loss of definition in the lower face, jawline, and neck. Unlike treatments that work only on the surface, Endolift's fibre optic laser is introduced beneath the skin, allowing it to target the dermal layer where collagen is produced and to address localised fat deposits in the same treatment.

Because the laser fibre is delivered through a single entry point smaller than a needle puncture, the treatment is genuinely minimally invasive. There is no surgical incision, no scarring, and most patients return to normal activities within a few hours.

Endolift is particularly valued by patients seeking a refined, natural-looking alternative to surgical facelift options, and by those for whom non-surgical alternatives like dermal fillers or radiofrequency have not fully addressed the skin laxity they are concerned about.

Why PHI Clinic for Endolift

PHI Clinic combines two things that genuinely matter for a treatment like Endolift: clinical authority at the level of the Medical Director, and specialist day-to-day expertise from the doctor performing your treatment.

Dr Tapan Patel, our Medical Director, is a UK Key Opinion Leader for Endolift as announced in Aesthetics Journal, and the clinic's relationship with the manufacturer reflects that recognition. Endolift treatments are performed at PHI Clinic by Dr Marina Daoud, a clinician with extensive training and experience in the Endolift technique.

Beyond Endolift specifically, our team has access to one of the largest medical device collections of any UK aesthetic clinic. This matters because the right treatment plan often combines Endolift with other modalities. For some patients, Endolift alone delivers the result. For others, combining Endolift with regenerative treatments like polynucleotides, or with surface-level resurfacing using UltraClear or Multifrax, achieves the most refined outcome. Having the full toolkit on site allows your clinician to recommend what is genuinely right for you, not just what is available.

Dr Marina Daoud London Clinic

Regulated, accredited and medically led

Endolift uses a CE-marked Class IV laser medical device for skin tightening, performed by trained medical practitioners at PHI Clinic following in-person consultation.

PHI Clinic is CQC-registered for the regulated activities we provide, giving patients the assurance of independent inspection and oversight. Our Medical Director, Dr Tapan Patel, is a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM) and an Inaugural Member of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI).

We do not provide unregulated cosmetic services. Every Endolift treatment begins with a medical consultation and a clear treatment plan tailored to your goals and medical history.

How Endolift works

Endolift uses a 1470nm laser wavelength delivered through an optical fibre, introduced beneath the skin through a single small entry point. Once positioned, the laser energy works at three distinct depths simultaneously:

  • Superficial layer: the energy tightens and retracts the skin, addressing visible laxity.
  • Mid-dermal layer: the laser stimulates fibroblast activity, triggering new collagen and elastin production that continues for several months after treatment.
  • Deeper layer: the laser can selectively reduce localised fat deposits, particularly valuable in concerns like jowls, double chin, or stubborn inner-arm and inner-thigh fat that do not respond to diet or exercise.

This three-layer action is what distinguishes Endolift from purely surface-level skin tightening treatments. It is why a single Endolift session can address concerns that often require multiple treatment modalities elsewhere.

What results to expect

Most patients see initial skin tightening and contour refinement almost immediately after treatment, with continued improvement over the following weeks and months as collagen production responds to the laser stimulation. The full effect is typically visible at three months, with results continuing to refine for up to six months.

Only one session is usually required to see meaningful results, though some patients with more significant laxity may benefit from a follow-up session for optimal contouring. Because Endolift stimulates the body's natural collagen response, results are long-lasting: often two years or more, depending on individual ageing patterns and skincare maintenance.

Some initial swelling, redness, or mild bruising in the treated area is normal and typically diminishes over the first week. Most patients return to normal activities within a few hours of treatment.

What Endolift can treat

Endolift is one of the most versatile non-surgical skin tightening treatments available, addressing concerns across both the face and body:

  • Lower face and jawline laxity
  • Jowls and loss of jawline definition
  • Submental laxity (under the chin) and double chin
  • Neck laxity and crepiness
  • Lower eyelid laxity
  • Inner arm laxity (bingo wings)
  • Abdominal skin laxity
  • Inner thigh and knee laxity
  • Buttock and thigh cellulite

The treatment is suitable for mild to moderate skin laxity across all skin types.

Your Endolift consultation

A consultation is required before every Endolift treatment, and treatment is never carried out on the same day. This is by design: we believe it is essential for patients to have time to reflect on a proposed treatment plan and to come back with any questions before going ahead.

During your consultation, Dr Marina will carry out a full assessment of the area you are concerned about, discuss the realistic outcomes Endolift can deliver for your specific concerns, and develop a personalised treatment plan. Where Endolift is the right approach, you will be given a clear quote and timeframe. Where another treatment, or a combination of treatments, would serve you better, your clinician will explain why.

The consultation fee is redeemable against any treatment you later go on to have.

Endolift frequently asked questions

Endolift treatments at PHI Clinic are performed by Dr Marina Daoud, a clinician with extensive training in the Endolift laser technique. The clinic's Medical Director, Dr Tapan Patel, is a UK Key Opinion Leader for Endolift as announced in Aesthetics Journal, and was the non-surgical doctor on Channel 5's 10 Years Younger in 10 Days, where Endolift was featured.

Endolift is suitable for adults with mild to moderate skin laxity on the face, neck, or body. It is particularly well-suited to patients seeking a non-surgical alternative to a facelift, those whose skin laxity has not fully responded to other non-surgical treatments, and patients who want results from a single session with minimal downtime. Suitability is confirmed at consultation.

Endolift can treat the lower eyelid, mid and lower face, jawline, under the chin (submental area), neck, inner arms, abdomen, inner thighs, knees, and buttocks for cellulite.

Endolift is minimally invasive and most patients report little to no pain during treatment. In some cases, a small amount of controlled local anaesthetic may be administered for patient comfort.

Many patients notice initial skin tightening almost immediately after treatment. Because Endolift stimulates collagen production, results continue to develop over the following weeks and months, with the full effect typically visible at three months and continued refinement for up to six months.

Downtime is minimal. Some initial swelling, redness, or mild bruising in the treated area is normal and typically diminishes within the first week. Most patients return to work or normal activities within a few hours of treatment.

Most patients see meaningful results from a single Endolift session. Some patients with more significant laxity may benefit from an additional session for optimal contouring. Dr Marina will recommend the right protocol for you at consultation.

Because Endolift stimulates the body's natural collagen production, results are long-lasting: typically two years or more, depending on individual ageing patterns, lifestyle factors, and skincare maintenance.

Yes. The laser energy used in Endolift can release fibrous bands beneath the skin that contribute to the dimpled appearance of cellulite, while simultaneously stimulating collagen production to improve skin firmness in the treated area. Endolift is particularly effective for cellulite on the buttocks, inner thighs, and posterior thighs.

Yes, and for many patients, a combination approach delivers the most refined result. Endolift is often combined with regenerative treatments like polynucleotides for enhanced skin quality, or with surface-level laser resurfacing for patients with concurrent pigmentation or texture concerns. Dr Marina will discuss combination options at consultation if relevant to your goals.
